Paul Kraan is specialized in international tax planning and structuring, advising high net worth individuals, multinational enterprises, as well as investment funds and their managers on Dutch and Luxembourg tax aspects of their investments, including international dimensions such as the application of EU law and bilateral (tax) treaties. He has ample experience with cross-border transactions, both corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions and has litigated a substantial number of cases before the Dutch tax courts.
